Job Description
Summary:
The Tender Administrator is responsible for administrative compliance of tenders by compiling the required returnable and company documentation according to the specifications of the bid and prospective client.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the tender process within the tender team, following set deadlines and responsibilities.
Assist with the sourcing of compliance documentation and information updating.
Communicate internally and prepare for and participate in internal meetings for each bid.
Maintaining the administration of the tender documents.
Compile returnable documents for tender submissions to ensure compliance with functionality scoring.
Assist with the writing of Bills of Quantities for tender submissions.
Prepare LOI’s for bid securities.
Assist contract managers with any company documents required for or after the tender stage.
