Minimum Experience: 5 years of related experience; construction industry experience will be beneficial.

Location: Head Office, Bloemfontein

Required Qualifications: Grade 12; an administrative / industry-related qualification will be beneficial.

Commencement Date: As soon as possible.

Job Description

Summary:

The Tender Administrator is responsible for administrative compliance of tenders by compiling the required returnable and company documentation according to the specifications of the bid and prospective client.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the tender process within the tender team, following set deadlines and responsibilities.

  • Assist with the sourcing of compliance documentation and information updating.

  • Communicate internally and prepare for and participate in internal meetings for each bid.

  • Maintaining the administration of the tender documents.

  • Compile returnable documents for tender submissions to ensure compliance with functionality scoring.

  • Assist with the writing of Bills of Quantities for tender submissions.

  • Prepare LOI’s for bid securities.

  • Assist contract managers with any company documents required for or after the tender stage.
