Valentine Rantsoareng

Valentine Rantsoareng is a South African business leader and the Board Chairman of Ruwacon (Pty) Ltd, a Bloemfontein-based construction firm recognised as one of the country's leading majority black-owned contractors. Having previously served as Chief Executive Officer, Valentine now provides strategic oversight and governance leadership to the business.
His broader corporate experience includes service as a director of First National Bank, where he gained significant exposure to financial services and corporate governance. This combination of construction, hospitality, technology, property and banking experience underpins his reputation as a versatile executive with a track record of building and scaling diversified South African enterprises.
Valentine's business interests extend well beyond construction. In 2013 he co-acquired ITEC Free State, having already been involved in its B-BBEE division, ITEC Alenti, since 2009, and went on to serve as its Chief Executive Office.
