Project scope

Delivered for LYNX Real Estate, the project began with demolition and removal of existing buildings, services and infrastructure. The scope comprised lower-ground parking and service areas, ground-floor retail, restaurant and medical facilities, and first-floor medical suites, treatment and consultation rooms and offices.

Retail opening milestone

Ruwacon delivered One on York Retail in time for its opening on 30 July 2026. Located on York Street in George, beside the new Mediclinic, the development brings retail and medical facilities together across three levels.

Coordinated delivery

Coordination was central to achieving the retail opening milestone. Ruwacon recognises the leadership, teamwork and commitment of its construction and commercial teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
