Thusong Centre - Mossel bay

OVERVIEW OF THE WORKS 

The high level components of the scope of work are as follows:

• Alternations to the existing SASSA-tenanted portion of the existing Thusong Centre so as to accommodate various MBM staff

• Additions (New Buildings) to accommodate various external tenants (SASSA, SAPO and Cape Access), various MBM social support functions, a new Boardroom and additional Ablutions

• Supporting/ enabling infrastructure - approximately 70 no. additional parking bays, internal circulation roadways, landscaping (hard and soft), and storm water, sewer, electrical & potable water provisions linked to the additional (new building) facilities being provided
