Repair and maintenance of Telkom Towers Phase 1: Telkom Tower North and Annex building. Ensuring compliance of electrical, mechanical, wet services, hvac, fire systems and vertical transportation.
Ruwacon was appointed by the Development Bank Of Southern Africa for the repairs and renovations of the northern tower and annex building on 10th of April 2019. The project entails the implementation of compliance to ensure occupation. The project duration is 9 months with original completion date of 15 April 2020.
Telkom Towers is situated in the CBD of Pretoria, being a high protest area with very active community. High levels of social facilitation is required.
