Construction of the St Patrick’s Hospital included an Emergency department, Paediatric ward, Maternity ward, Out-Patients Department, Operating Theatre & CSSD Services, Ophthalmology department, Pharmacy, Radiology, Physiotherapy, Laundry, Kitchen and a Mortuary.
A new Lilitha Nursing College including a relaxation hall, student hall and classrooms were also part of the scope.
The hospital has a capacity of 290 beds and the hospital's catchment area has a population of around 200,000 people.
