The construction of an 1650m2 on plan factory/warehouse facility with offices and ancillary buildings. The main structure is comprised of a structural steel portal frame with roof sheeting. The office section structure which is enclosed within the main structure is comprised mainly of masonry, concrete and glass.
Whilst this is a private client and local contract participation goal is not required; from a practical point of view we have had to entertain this, as best possible.
Our good relationship with the local business forums and other local structures, is ensuring we address any challenges emanating from this in a fair and amicable way.
