Manguzi Shoprite

The Project consists of the Re-Construction of the back of the house portion of Shoprite Manguzi which was damaged by Fire some time ago. The Structure comprises a structural steel portal frame and masonry, under roof sheeting. The scope includes all trades i.e services etc to make the Back of House fit for purposes and operational once more.

The complexity in carrying out the work is to ensure that the tie-in to the existing building is accurate taking into consideration that the original build at the back of the house had some inaccuracies in terms of setting out. Furthermore, the Main Trading floor is fully operational whilst construction at the Back of the House is underway
