Louis Fourie Integrated Human Settlement Development - Mossel bay

The Mountain View Housing Development next to Louis Fourie Road in Mossel Bay comprises all civil services and access roads for 1003 residential and 9 non-residential units. The civil work includes water and sewer reticulation, access and internal roads with all necessary stormwater services as well as bulk and internal electrical reticulation. The building work consists of 149 blocks of double-storey row housing on raft foundations, divided into 725 Breaking New Ground units and 278 Finance Link Individual Subsidy Program units. The project is a Western Cape Department of Human Settlement-funded development over a 30-month period with the Mossel Bay Municipality as the end-user.
