Lerato Park - Kimberley

The Completion of the community Residential units project is situated in Roodepan (Lerato Park), in the Northern Cape. The project scope comprises Remedial work and completion of 458 community residential units that form part of Lerato Park Integrated Housing Development. This includes but is not limited to, remedial work to previously constructed works and new works in the following trades: masonry, waterproofing, carpentry & joinery, ceilings, ironmongery, metal works, plastering, tiling, plumbing & drainage, internal and external electrical works, glazing, paintwork, external works (layer works to parking areas, repair an existing fence, sliding access gates, curbing, landscaping, irrigation, jungle gyms, road markings, etc.)
