Minor alterations include treating moisture penetration throughout the entire structure both internally and externally. The refurbishment element of the project includes assessing and restoring all weathered components of the building in order to ensure compliance with the fire regulations. 


General repairs to the building:

  • New paintwork (Internal & External)
  • Servicing of doors and windows - replacing all weathered frames
  • Replace ceilings
  • Replace floor coverings
  • Replace roof sheetings
  • New walkways & ramps for universal access
  • New fire escape doors

  • Working on a Heritage Building which requires specific and detailed construction approaches to address each unique task.
  • Careful consideration to be taken throughout the project in order to preserve and maintain the historical value of the building.
  • Constant communication with project design team to raise and monitor all risks related to material, production and budget.
