Our rich history of achievement that dates back to 1999, is an indication of the proficiency that has always been part of Ruwacon’s management at various levels in the organization.   

The Board of Directors of Ruwacon is headed by CEO, Pieter Ruthven and MD, Gavin Davids with Hendrik Badenhorst, Kobus Prinsloo and Kobus Markram, Gerald le Roux, Willem Pretorius and Hansie Rheeder serving as Directors.  Senior management at Ruwacon has indisputably committed themselves to the principles of integrity, respect and transparency as set out in the 2002 King Report on Corporate Governance in South Africa, which forms the basis for managing all our operations, systems and structures, as well as our organizational culture.   Management believes in a hands-on approach and therefore regular visits to sites countrywide are imperative.   Transformation is driven at the highest level and pro-active measures are taken to ensure that Ruwacon comply with the BBBEE codes as stipulated by Government.
