enterprise development

Ruwacon is in the process of implementing an Enterprise Development initiative that involves several black owned SMME’s from our various host communities.  Our objective with this development program is to identify the growth needs of these small enterprises and implement a development program to facilitate the growth of these enterprises.  Through the allocation of Ruwacon resources, our aim is to assist these enterprises to reach their full potential.

Our initiative is in line with the definition of Enterprise Development which is the development of black owned enterprises through investment, monitoring, skills development and systems transfer, as stipulated in the Construction Charter.
