False statement made by the DA accusing Ruwacon of contract breach

On the 9th of November 2009, the Democratic Alliance (DA) released a statement which suggested that Ruwacon had repeatedly breached its contract with the Department of Public Works.  These false and unfounded allegations have since been retracted by the DA in a formal statement released on the 10th of November 2009.
