The Board of Directors of Ruwacon is chaired by Valentine Rantsoareng with Pieter Ruthven as CEO, Gavin Davids as MD, Hansie Rheeder as Financial Director and Pretty Rantsoareng, the Marketing Director. Management at Ruwacon has irrefutably committed themselves to practice the Corporate Governance principles of integrity, respect and transparency. These ethos forms the basis for managing all our operations, systems and structures, as well as our organizational culture. Management believes in a hands-on approach and our regional management structure ensures direct and regular management intervention at a site level. Transformation is driven at the highest level and pro-active measures are taken to ensure that Ruwacon comply with the BBBEE codes as stipulated by Government.
